Fixes the warnings with pyo3 0.23: _bound functions were deprecated in favor of Bound aware (but _bound free in name) functions.

The test suit seems to depend on the example folder with an hardcoded pyo3 version that need manual update, this would need to be documented as it is quite unusual.
